Returns (Right of withdrawal)
Upon receipt, you are entitled to return your unused purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If the 14 days have past, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must be found within the original packaging. If the product has been used, we cannot accept the return as the product cannot be sold anymore due to hygiene reasons. To test the product (sensor) without actually using it please read our “How it works page”.
Returns (Defective product)
If you think your product is defective, please contact us via email at info@oopsieheroes.com. If we cannot solve your issue via email or over the phone, we will ask you to return the product by post and offer you a replacement or refund.
The product warranty is 6 months. If you apply for a replacement or a refund 6 months after the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot replace or refund your product anymore.
Shipping
To return a product, please send via post to this address: LifeSense Group, High Tech Campus 32, 5656 AE Eindhoven, Netherlands. We will cover the shipment costs for defective products. For returns received under the ‘Right of withdrawal’ within 14 days, the customer is liable for the items shipping costs. In that case, shipping costs will be deducted from a refund.
Upon returning products, you may also make use of our return portal. Please note that the shipping costs offered within the return portal may be higher than when shipping it via regular post. Thus, a refund amount could be lower than expected.

Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation of receipt notification email clarifying the refund approval or rejection.
When approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
